The Megaworld planted trees around the park, a lot of them mango trees, to help lower the temperature as well as combat the pollution problem. During the harvest, they initiate some kind of a mango festival selling mangoes at cheaper prices. Also, the park is meant to serve and provide a connection space for kids to play and interact safely. Actually, the benefits you get go beyond simply adding green space to beautify the community. because it also helps elevate the value of the property. However, the main purpose of the park is really promoting wellness – homeowners are being encourage to enjoy the park so they don’t spend too much time indoors and become sedentary.
