Upon moving in, you have exactly 1 year to live in the property and feel it. The count starts on the date of unit turnover.
Should you choose to get your money back for whatever reason, your payments will be returned to you. You can no longer avail of the money back deal after 1 year.
Terms and conditions
The buyer must completely accomplish the Money Back Guarantee Registration Form simultaneously or not later than the execution of the Contract to Sell.
Only those who purchased the relevant unit under Cash Basis, Approved Deferred Payment, and Approved In-House Financing Payment Scheme may register under the Money Back Guarantee Program. Loans or financing from banks, Pag-Ibig, and other third party financing and lending institutions are not included.
